This Privacy Policy describes how Parkway Pharmacy, including Parkway Pharmacy South in Arab, AL and Parkway Pharmacy East in Guntersville, AL, handles information collected through this website and through routine pharmacy operations. Health information regulated by HIPAA is governed by our separate Patient Privacy Notice.

When you fill out the contact form on this site, we receive whatever you choose to send (typically your name, phone number, optionally an email address, your preferred Parkway location, and a short message). When you browse the site, our server logs ordinary technical information like IP address, browser type, and which pages you viewed, the same information any web server records. If we add Google Analytics later, we'll disclose that here before activating it.

Contact-form submissions are emailed to a Parkway team member and stored in our admin system so a real person can get back to you. Server logs are used for security and troubleshooting. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers. The website does not pass personal information to third-party advertising networks.

Please don't send prescription numbers, medical history, dates of birth, insurance ID numbers, or other private health information through the contact form. For prescription matters, please call the pharmacy directly. The form is intended for general questions and isn't designed for secure medical communication.

Today this site uses a small session cookie to remember things like whether you closed an interactive panel. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated and the new cookies will be disclosed.

Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as we may need them to respond and follow up. Server logs roll off on a normal hosting schedule (typically 90 days or less). Pharmacy records governed by federal and state law are kept for the durations those laws require.
