How it works
Download the Rx365 app or sign in on the web, link your Parkway South account, and turn on the alerts you want under Notifications. Or call Parkway South and we'll set them up for you over the phone.

- Ready for pickup, sent the moment your script is filled
- Refill reminders, when you're a few days from running out
- Out-of-stock notices, if a medication needs special ordering
- Insurance issue alerts, so you can call your plan before you make the trip
- Vaccine availability, seasonal alerts for flu and other immunizations
